Relations and functions are investigated graphically, numerically, symbolically, and verbally. Exponential, logarithmic, polynomial, power, and rational functions are explored. Special topics include systems of linear and non-linear equations. Applications are investigated from science and engineering perspectives. Technology is integrated throughout the course. Communicate results in oral and written form. Graphing calculator required; TI 89, TI - 92 or Voyage 200 recommended. Prerequisites: Successful completion of MTH 95, and placement into WR 115.
